Shipping within the US starts at $10. Packages come with tracking and insurance.
All mail ships in 1-2 business days and typically order will be received within 4 days of ordering. However, we ask for 3-7 business days processing time (Please note that this is an estimate USPS and UPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates.)
If your tracking information shows that a notice was left at the residence/business. This indicates that no one was available to sign for the package and your package will have to be retrieved from your local post office. USPS typically holds packages for up to 14 days. If the package is not retrieved they will return it back to our shipping facility.
If for any reason your item is not delivered and is return to the store the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items only! Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please carefully check your address. In the event that a customer request for their order to be reshipped there will be a $10 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS or UPS with the tracking number we provided.
