Refund policy
To be eligible for a return:
1) You must receive wrong item(s) or damaged item(s) and report within 1-3 days and return within 7 business days.
2) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (if provided in packaging).
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.justfashionsboutique@gmail.com within 1-3 days of receiving wrong/damaged item(s). You will be notified if your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items CANNOT be returned.
What are Final Sale Items?
Items marked as Final Sale and All items that are bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories are considered Final Sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for Store Credit.
I want to do an exchange, what do I do?
Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy. You have the option to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color.
Do you offer Prepaid Return Labels?
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (1-3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Final Sale Items CANNOT be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund store credit has been applied. ALL RETURNS WE ISSUE STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND. Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
