  1. How are items shipped?   Shipping within the US starts at $10 we use priority mail which comes with tracking and insurance. Priority mail ships in 3-7 business days. Most packages ship sooner but we ask for this processing time (Please note that this is an estimate and USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates for priority mail.)  Express mail delivers in 2-3 business days Guarantee FLAT RATE SHIPPING AND HANDLING: $29 (All express packages are shipped same day if payments have cleared and order is placed before 9am pacific standard time Monday-Thursday.)  All order placed after 9am will be shipped on the following business day.
  2. When will my item(s) get to me?  Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse.          
  3. How do I cancel an order?  We aim to process orders same day. We do not allow the cancellation of order(s). If you purchase the wrong size or color, please contact our customer service department via email: contact.justfashionsboutique@gmail.com However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process. 
  4. Do you give refunds? No, unfortunately we do not. Items can we returned for store credit only. Please visit our return policy page for more details.
  5. Can I call to order?  No, we do not offer call to order.
  6. Do you hold Items? No, unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of product so we cannot hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing because of the fit, or have questions, please send us an email. 
  7. How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 
  8. I received a damaged item. What should I do? In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email (contact.justfashionsboutique@gmail.com) as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
  9. Why was my order canceled? Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
